1/22/2013He may be president of the United States, but Barack Obama is still a dad. And as such, he dances like one — which is to say his moves are a little, um, how to put this nicely? Stale. The prez was captured busting a move that could only be described as an awkward mix of the Macarena, a cruise-ship conga line and a very stiff Running Man.
