Obama misspells Ohio, gets zinged by Romney campaign

On Tuesday morning, President Obama made a campaign stop at Sloopy’s Diner on the Ohio State University campus. Obama posed for photos with students and engaged in a popular OSU ritual — pantomiming “Ohio.” Let’s just say POTUS was a wee confused. Obama and three students initially spelling “Oiho” before getting it right. Naturally, a photo of the misspelling made it to Christopher Maloney, the Ohio communications director for presumptive Republican candidate Mitt Romney’s campaign, who promptly tweeted the image with the dig “A word of advice to @BarackObama: it's "O-H-I-O" that has 18 electoral votes, not "O-I-H-O.” [Source]
