12/2/2012What photograph could best convey the importance of civil rights figure Rosa Parks? An image of her with Martin Luther King, Jr.? Her black-and-white booking photo? How about a picture of Barack Obama sitting on a bus? The latter was the (perhaps poor) choice the president made yesterday when he honored the 55th anniversary of Parks' bus protest by tweeting an image of himself taken in April at the Henry Ford Museum. Conservative websites were quick to call the commander in chief a "narcissist" and Twitter users have blasted him as egotistical and grandiose. Come on, prez, didn't you learn anything after the Neil Armstrong fiasco? [Source]
