'Happy' Olympics worker actually sounds really bored

It appears this woman was given a microphone to alert the London crowd that the Olympics opening ceremony gates had opened, but she ended up telling them a lot more. “We’re excited ... my mouth is dry, I need some water, but I'm still talking because I’m that happy I’m going to overcome it,” she says. A few onlookers laugh as she continues with a delivery as dry as her mouth. “I cannot contain my excitement, everybody; today is a special day,” she monotones. “We are going to be telling our children’s, children’s, children’s, children’s children about this day.” We’re hoping she gets a cup of water before then.
