Online archive lets you snoop through Einstein's love letters

​A complete, 80,000-piece archive of Albert Einstein's papers has been digitized and placed online, including everything from his personal letters to one of three surviving manuscripts that introduced everyone's favorite 'Jeopardy!' answer, E = mc2. The collection, curated by the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, also includes Einstein's letters to his mistresses (plural, wink wink) and fan mail about his famously frizzed-out hair. "This is a coherent picture of a personality who is a great scientist but at the same time a human being and a man," head of the archive Hanoch Gutfreund told Businessweek. "Who, more than anyone else in the 20th century, expressed his views on everything on the agenda of mankind."
