Someone who has no understanding of the power of Oprah is suing her

A former employee of Oprah Winfrey has lost her damn mind and is suing the national treasure/media mogul/best friend you wish you had for sex and pregnancy discrimination. Or, at least, she's suing Winfrey's network. Carel Hommel, who clearly hasn’t considered every potential juror in America has seen that episode of "Oprah" where Winfrey gave everybody new cars, said that she was on track to become vice president at OWN until she took maternity leave. Her duties were slowly transferred to other employees, and a month after the birth she was fired. But rather than a lawsuit, we think she should try mediation, if for no other reason than she would get to sit down and talk things out with .... Oprah! [Source]
