Urgent delivery of sex-ed textbooks headed Todd Akin's way
8/24/2012If anyone needs to brush up on their sexual education, it's Todd Akin. On the heels of his "legitimate rape" comments, a team of ladies has embarked on a road trip to hand-deliver copies of the seminal sex-ed textbook "Our Bodies, Ourselves" to the Missouri congressman. The ladies, representatives of Our Bodies Ourselves, the nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting women's health issues which publishes the textbook, set out from Chicago on Thursday night. They hope to deliver the books to Akin in person on Friday morning at his St. Louis office, and are posting updates on their journey to their Twitter account. [Source]
