Oblivious driver cruised 18 miles on wrong side of highway, cops say

Perhaps Paige Cicardo was making good on a dare or practicing for a road trip to England when she allegedly cruised down Pennsylvania's Interstate 81 on the wrong side of the road for 18 miles early New Year's Day. Not only did she reportedly ignore oncoming cars, but cops say she also blew off troopers flashing emergency lights to get her attention. Police, who called it a "miracle" that no one was killed or injured, finally stopped the 22-year-old using a rolling roadblock.
