Pizza eaters want $250 million after Papa John's delivers spam

Already getting zinged for his dubious math on Obamacare, CEO John Schnatter's pizza chain has now been hit with a $250 million class action lawsuit claiming it bombarded customers with half a million unwanted text messages. The alerts delivered up to 15 messages in a row, and often in the wee hours. Papa John's lawyers note that the relationship with a third-party mass text service has been discontinued, but plaintiffs want an extra-large settlement: $500 per text.
