Debate flows over whether kids should pee in public

When you gotta go, you gotta go — especially when you're 2. But just because you're a chubby-cheeked toddler, does that mean it's okay to drop trou and urinate in public? The question is the subject of an odd debate that's been trickling into parenting circles recently. The conversation gained attention after a Philadelphia mom was ticketed by police for letting her 2-year-old pee in a patch of grass.
