Parents sue after 'stinky' kid is allegedly bathed at school

An 8-year-old Texas boy was forced by a school nurse and his counselor to strip down and was then "violently" washed by the two officials because they said he smelled bad, according to the boy's parents. They also reportedly left cotton balls in his ears for the rest of the day (um, what?!) The boy was significantly tender after the rough scrubbing and apparently traumatized, as he now bathes compulsively and doused himself in cologne before returning to school. (He's got a head start on his teen years, at least.) His parents said they were not contacted before the bizarre stink-shaming and are now filing a lawsuit for monetary damages.
