Broke mom sees $11K fall from armored truck and returns it

If anyone had a right to keep $11,000 in dollar bills that she saw fall out of a Brinks armored truck, it might well have been Pat Wesner. Wesner works for an Albany-area nonprofit; she has one son serving in Afghanistan and another who is disabled, and she can't even close the trunk of her car without the help of a bungee cord. Nonetheless, the New York woman scooped up the cash and dialed 911. "I can't even put $1 in my pocket without feeling guilty about it. It's not my money," Wesner said.
