Paul McCartney flips the bird to those eating bird on Thanksgiving
11/20/2012Thanksgiving is all about spending time with relatives (even the ones you don't like) and eating turkey, right? Well, just don't let devout vegetarian Sir Paul McCartney find out what you're having for dinner. The former Beatle has teamed up with People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals to front a campaign urging Americans to enjoy a turkey-free Thanksgiving. McCartney is pictured on a PETA poster wearing a gray shirt that proclaims "Eat No" directly over the image of a turkey. Sorry, Macca, but you Brits lost the right to order Americans around about 200 years ago. Don't be surprised if we don't take up your cause. [Source]
