Dedicated rugby player loses a ball (literally), but stays in the game
10/8/2012Rugby takes dedication, and Paul Wood has shown some serious love for the game. In addition to what we presume has been years of toil and sweat, the U.K. Warrington Wolves' prop (it’s a rugby position; look it up) has now given something a little more personal too his sport: one of his testicles. The athlete reportedly ruptured one of the boys during the start of the second half of Saturday's Grand Final against Leeds Rhinos; however, the devoted Wood finished out the game before rushing to the hospital. There, docs determined one of the prized jewels needed to be removed. Wouldn't this be a good time to start wearing those cups? [Source]
