Broadwell could face charges for taking government documents
11/14/2012One of the first questions during President Obama's press conference this afternoon was about ex-CIA Director David Petraeus and whether or not his extramarital affair with biographer Paula Broadwell created a security breach within the country's intelligence system. Obama was quick to point out that he had "no evidence … that classified information was disclosed." However, the FBI is investigating an admission by Broadwell that she took documents from government buildings. It's unclear if the documents contained classified information, but federal agents have recovered them from Broadwell. Prosecutors are now deciding whether or not to charge Broadwell with a crime.
