Paula Deen shocked absolutely no one when it was revealed her assumedly 100 percent farm-fresh dairy butter diet had led her straight into the path of full-blown diabetes (not that it stopped her love of fried chicken). But now she's actually surprising and tantalizing us with her pared down figure: The celebrity chef has dropped 36 pounds! And she intends on dropping 12-15 more. Deen credits her loss to "normal portion size," avoiding breads and going on a Brussels sprouts kick. (Keep that butter off those Brussels, Paula.)
