people's choice has to be rigged. because if you checked the votes online katy perry was in last place.
Sorry to break it to you but just because Justin or 1D didn't win something it doesn't mean the shows rigged, you can't win every award

So you'd expect the pop acts' fans to help them sweep the People's Choice Awards -- except at the Wednesday night ceremony, Bieber was beaten to favorite pop artist by Katy Perry and 1D were beaten to favorite breakout artist by archrivals The Wanted. Naturally, it didn't take long for hundreds of nutso ... er, passionate fans to flood Twitter with accusations that the People's Choice Awards are "rigged."
