One of 2012's cutest viral videos was fake (and we all fell for it)
2/27/2013So were any of last year's viral videos for real? We already know that the amazing footage of a golden eagle trying to snatch a baby was a hoax — but so was the heartwarming and adorable clip of a pig rescuing a goat from drowning. The video was produced for the new Comedy Central series "Nathan for You" by a 20-strong team that included animal trainers and scuba divers. The pig followed a specially made plastic track to the goat, which was so comfortable in water, its anguished bleats were dubbed in later. Lesson learned: Don't believe anything you see. [Source]
