Pilot turns plane around because of feuding flight attendants
9/27/2012Not so friendly skies. After last week's fight between two female flight attendants caused a flight out of JFK to be delayed by four hours, a United Airlines flight actually turned around mid-air because of co-worker hostilities. The pilot of the flight to Chicago decided to return to Raleigh Durham International Airport, N.C., 40 minutes after take-off due to discord between two flight attendants. Apparently the conflict escalated after "one accidentally brushed the other." The pilot asked that the plane be met by law enforcement at Raleigh but no arrests were made. Investigators found no blows had been exchanged, although we bet there were dirty looks aplenty. And that was just from the passengers. [Source]
