Dude rocks Pink Floyd, accompanied by kazoo and maniacal laughter

1/28/2013

Never mind that Pink Floyd's classic rock anthem "Brain Damage" took seven collaborators to record using bass, guitar, keyboards, drums, tape effects, lead vocals, and backup vocals — in addition to one road manager laughing maniacally. This dude has managed to perform the tune all by himself, "blowing the mind" of just about every Reddit and YouTube viewer who watches it, along with, we're sure, anyone who is stoned and has access to a lit candle. The mystery musical savant is Dave from the one-man band "The Brokeoffs" and we think the clip is the best Pink Floyd cover we've heard about since inmates reportedly taunted Jerry Sandusky with the line, "Teacher, leave those kids alone."
