While the rest of the known universe can’t stop talking about Kate Middleton’s breasts — as well as other cheekily photographed royal body parts — the Duchess of Cambridge’s little sis is apparently so terrified of saying the wrong thing about them, she’s refusing to do U.S. media interviews to promote her new party-planning book, “Celebrate.” Never mind that sit-downs with Oprah and Anderson and Ellen — all of whom have expressed interest — could boost sales and translate into big bucks.
