This video of one man’s struggles to open packages is far better than that nasty letter we all formulate in our heads every time we rip apart a bag and M&M’s cascade onto the floor. This viral video proves that we’re not the only one incapable of opening a mess-free bag of chips or zipping up the cheese. And while our letters rarely get written, this dippy video with a serious message has the power to make it all the way to heartless packaging designers so they can see what “easy open” means in the real world.
