Two states top activists' lists to legalize pot next

It's been a banner year for potheads, as laws legalizing the personal possession of marijuana passed in Colorado and Washington. (Standard caveat: It's still illegal under federal laws, but President Obama says the feds are busy with, basically, everything else.) Now, pro-pot advocates are taking a uncharacteristically ambitious look at their future goals -- and they're targeting Oregon and California for expanded access.
