This crazy-excited guy might be the other Powerball winner

How would you react if you just discovered you might be rich? For one still-unidentified man, you forget to pay for your gas. Security footage taken Thursday at a gas station in Upper Marlboro, Md., might have located the second winner from Wednesday night’s $587 million Powerball jackpot. The footage shows a man freaking out when a clerk confirms his ticket appears to match the winning numbers. The man's ticket was from Arizona — where one of the two winning tickets was sold — and it's possible he holds the $293.7 million ticket.
