Prankster baffles bosses by quitting jobs he doesn’t have
4/14/2012Peter Butterman (not his real name) has graduated from slathering himself in 50 pounds of Skippy to pranking baffled supervisors by quitting jobs he doesn't have. He doesn't go all take-this-job-and-shove-it as many of us dream about, but that's probably better -- he actually gets his non-boss at Burger King to implore him to "give it a little bit longer." At which point, Peter moves in for the kill. "Do you still want me to come in on Tuesday?" he asks. "Yeah," she agrees. Hey, it beats being fired from a job you don't have.
What would you do if someone tried this at your office?
