'Pregnant Man' separates from his wife of nine years

Apparently all those babies couldn't spell marital bliss for the "Pregnant Man," who has said he is separated from his wife of nine years. Thomas Beatie, the transgender man who became famous in 2008 after writing a column about being pregnant because his wife was infertile, recently completed his last gender reassignment surgery. However, he noted his wife hasn't seen the final version of his parts: "Nancy hasn't seen the new me yet." Beatie is legally a man; however, he was born a woman and still has a uterus and functioning ovaries. In the past four years, he has given birth to three children.
