This pug's stair-climbing method is flat-out weird

Admittedly it can't be too easy walking up human-sized stairs when you're a squat little pug dog. But even allowing for that, this one has a downright strange way of walking up stairs. Instead of taking the steps one or two at a time, he bounces up like he has springs in his feet. Where'd he even learn to traverse stairs like that? And does he bound around like that all the time? Sadly, these important questions are likely to remain unanswered.
