Queen upstages Charles with anniversary gift to Camilla

Whatever Prince Charles gets Camilla for their seventh wedding anniversary today, we're pretty sure it'll be upstaged by his mom's gift. Queen Elizabeth II has bestowed upon her daughter-in-law the personal honor of Dame Grand Cross, the highest female rank in the Royal Victorian Order, created by Queen Victoria to reward personal service. The 64-year-old Camilla -- who'll be invested with her insignia at a later date -- is being honored for her commitment to public duties, including carrying out hundreds of royal engagements and appearances over the past year. Maybe the best anniversary present Prince Charles can give her is breakfast in bed and a day off.
