Even though she’s only 9, "Beasts of the Southern Wild" star Quvenzhané Wallis already is entering that awkward preteen stage. The youngest Oscar nominee even recently said that she wouldn't be wearing a long dress to Sunday night's ceremony because "I might step on it, or trip on it and I don't want to humiliate myself." The charming youngster didn't have a thing to worry about, because she wowed the red carpet in a glamorous navy-blue gown, complete with her signature puppy purse (this one named after her own pooch Sammy) and elegant updo. "I liked [this dress] because it was sparkly and fluffy," she gushed to E! host Ryan Seacrest. As for Wallis' entire Oscars experience? "It has been CRAZY," she exclaimed.
