Freedom-seeking ram finally captured after running loose in Iowa

Residents of Des Moines, it is now safe to venture forth from your homes and enjoy the great outdoors, for the ram that had been running loose through your town has been apprehended by the authorities. Police officers tried several time to corral this ram on the lam by blocking his path with their police cars, but if there's one thing rams are great at, it's ramming things — police cars included. This made his capture difficult. Eventually two brave (possibly thrill-seeking?) citizens grabbed the ram by the horns and wrestled it into submission.
