After crashing his car in Texas on Tuesday night, the 53-year-old singer, who escaped without serious injury, was arrested on suspicion of DWI and the felony charge of “retaliation and obstruction.” The crooner was arrested for public intoxication in February, when police found him reeking of booze and carrying an open bottle of wine in front of a church, behavior he blamed on a fight with his girlfriend.
