Rep banned for saying 'vagina' will be in 'Vagina Monologues'

Gaveled out of order on Wednesday for using the word "vagina" during a House anti-abortion bill debate, and subsequently banned from speaking on Thursday, Michigan Rep. Lisa Brown will reportedly appear in a performance of "The Vagina Monologues." Adding an additional in-your-face element to the very literal political theater event, the play will be performed Monday on the Michigan State Capitol steps. Perhaps the House Republicans can use this opportunity to collect a list of acceptable synonyms for "vagina" that will be less offensive to their virgin, uhh, delicate ears.
