Republicans send 'you didn’t bake this' birthday cake for Obama

Republican National Committee members took a jab Friday at President Obama (whose birthday is Saturday) by sending a birthday cake to their counterparts at the Democratic National Committee. The cake, which was sent back by the DNC, bears an image of a smiling Obama with the phrase “You didn’t bake this,” a reference to the “you didn’t build that” comment the president made recently. Funny, though as New York magazine’s Dan Amira pointed out, “Why would Obama have baked his own birthday cake? That would be a weird thing for him to do.” [Source]
