Seeing images of starved and abused animals can ruin your day. (Thanks for teaching us that with your commercials, Sarah McLachlan and the Humane Society.) But seeing what a big dose of TLC can do just might turn your mood around. The people at PAAWS Antigua, an animal rescue and adoption center, have plenty of those happy results to share. The center has taken in 1,100 dogs over 17 years, including rescue dogs like Sumo, Cedar, Coffee and Skinny.
