Residents' info given to the people they complained about

4/30/2012

A London council ruffled feathers and possibly endangered lives by handing out the personal information of estate residents who had complained about undesirables...directly to the people they'd complained about. Literally handing names, addresses, and a log of complaint calls directly to the undesirables. That's a delicate term, we'll clarify: a group of people who do not live on the estate but gather there to smoke drugs, verbally abuse each other and play loud music. So now 51 people have had their personal information itemized and typed out for the very people they felt alarmed by and wanted driven from their property! Awkward. Extra police are currently patrolling the estate.
