With the same sense of slow inevitability as the sun one day blowing up into a red giant and swallowing the Earth, Rihanna and her former abuser, Chris Brown, have reunited — at least on Instagram. The singer posted a picture of herself in a pair of white hot pants, cradling Brown's head in her arms. The pair may have broken up after Brown punched her repeatedly in the face and threatened to kill her in 2009, but recent messages from Rihanna have suggested a reunion was in the works — most recently, a pre-Thanksgiving tweet about spending the holiday with Brown in Berlin.
