Man ordered to demolish castle he hid behind hay bales for 4 years

A man's home is his castle. Unless it's a castle he secretly built at odds with planning laws so it has to be demolished. Robert Fidler, 63, hid the construction of his castle in Redhill, England, for four years behind a subtle 40-foot-tall disguise of hay bales and tarpaulin. Fidler's local council says the farmer "deliberately" deceived the council and that his dream home, which includes ramparts and canons, has got to go. A defiant Fidler has said he'll defend his castle in the European Court of Human Rights if it comes to it. [Source]
