Romney's Orca got its tail kicked by Obama's Narwhal on election night

Could Romney’s presidential bid have been sunk by an orca? With a few days to go before the election, the campaign announced that they would use an app called "Orca" to track who has voted and where they voted, thus allowing the campaign to make minute-to-minute decisions on which districts most needed their get-out-the-vote efforts. It sounded like a smart way to focus campaign funds, but Romney staffers failed to consider one thing: The software sucked. They said the software contained erroneous advice for poll-watchers, and it even crashed on election night. Meanwhile, the Obama campaign rode its own version of the app, "Narwahl," to victory.
