Pig spa caters to swine with a taste for pampering

3/2/2013

For your average pig, a good day is not getting turned into a side of bacon. But for lucky porkers in Warwick, Penn., it means a luxurious pampering at Ross Mill Farm, a full-service pig spa. The facility can host over 140 happily snorting guests, offering 38 swine suites with private pools and lanais, concierge service, exercise facilities, room service, and, of course, maid service (because these guests are total pigs). Nat Geo Wild's new show “Spoiled Rotten Pets” focuses on the spa and features two fat, delighted guests, Wilma and Pebbles. “They don’t seem to mind at all if the cameras are in their face,” said owner Susan Magidson, “as long as there’s food on the ground.” [Source]
