Although we often hear about amazing acts of heroism, it isn't every day we see them captured on closed-circuit TV. This heart-wrenching video, taken from a supermarket in Perth, Australia, shows mom Amy Collard try to find someone to help revive her 2-year-old daughter, Shaylar, when she stopped breathing. After a couple of agonizing minutes, Rowan O'Neill comes to the rescue. He performs mouth-to-mouth resuscitation on the toddler, and eventually she opens her eyes.
