Murdoch tweets support, publishes pics of naked Prince Harry
8/27/2012Rupert Murdoch tweeted in defense of Prince Harry’s Vegas stripshow today, saying “Give him a break. He may be on the public payroll one way or another, but the public loves him, even to enjoy Las Vegas.” Ironic, as the media mogul personally called editors in London and demanded the nude pictures of the prince be published in "The Sun." Murdoch explained later on Twitter: “We needed to demonstrate no such thing as a free press in UK. Internet make a mockery of these issues. 1st amendment please.” Political theory and Murdoch’s clap on the back will probably mean little to Harry, who was reportedly dumped by girlfriend Cressida Bonas after she saw the photos.
