Man pulls over cop for drunken driving, hurls him into own police van

Russell George, from Pietermaritzburg, South Africa, says he was driving on Sunday evening when he noticed a police van driving "recklessly" into oncoming traffic. When George approached the stopped vehicle, he discovered the cop was drunk — so he threw him in the back of his own van and drove him to a police station. Khanyi Mnikathi, a witness, claims the police officer said he was celebrating his birthday and "did not deny that he was drunk."
