Even when not crashing, Russian drivers are a wreck

Attention, Russian dash-cam connoisseurs: This video contains no explosions, crashes, carjackings, beatdowns or near-death experiences. Just a guy safely cruising through the streets of Vladivostok. OK, he's got a load of lumber, but it's completely secure. OK, maybe it's hanging out far outside the windows on either side of his car.  OK, so he has to veer over the centerline time and again lest he behead a pedestrian.  OK,  maybe it takes a while for the people filming from the car behind to realize they're almost as dumb for tailgating this guy as he is for not finding a buddy with a pickup truck. Still — no crashes, no explosions.
