The armored vehicle's startling appearance was captured on a driver's dash-cam as he made his way through the Russian city of Nizhny Tagil in the Ural Mountains on a snowy day. His surprisingly calm reaction (in Russian): "Look, Alyona, there's a tank." Turns out there's a tank factory nearby, and that bad boy was being taken out for a test drive.
