Sandy Hook funerals begin this afternoon
12/17/2012Monday's grief follows Friday's atrocities. Jack Pinto and Noah Pozner, two of the young victims of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shootings, will be buried today. Jack Pinto, who was 6 years old, was memorialized by Victor Cruz after the New York Giants wide receiver was told that the child might be buried in a Cruz jersey. "There are no words that can describe [that] type of feeling," Cruz said Sunday. Earlier today, JetBlue flew letters from Noah Pozner's extended family from Seattle to Connecticut; they will be buried with Pozner, the youngest victim of the massacre. [Source]
