Santa fired for talking about Newtown, then telling kids he isn't real

Talk about bad Santa. A British Saint Nick should be getting a mine full of coal in his stocking after an epic train wreck of a performance. Wendy and Steven Kennett took their three children (who are 10, 7 and 6) to a local garden center to see Santa — a visit that turned into one of those growing-up-too-quickly moments that happens to all kids at some point. This Santa seriously harshed their yuletide mellows, telling them in graphic detail about the Sandy Hook school shooting, telling the oldest child he wasn’t real and leaving all three in tears.
