Disney World tells guy who looks like Santa Claus to stop it already

"Beat it kids; Santa's on vacation." That's essentially what Thomas Tolbert claims Disney World officials instructed him to tell children who approached the Claus look-alike during his own family vacation. Tolbert, who couldn't possibly be more Kringle-ish, said he was pulled aside and told he was a "distraction" when park employees saw children with him. Tolbert changed shirts (his originally had Santa on it) but said that didn't matter. "I never had a red suit on … but that doesn't make Santa," he said. "The face and the persona is what makes Santa."
