Sarah Michelle Gellar cast in comedy pilot for CBS
2/18/2013The legions of "Buffy" fans who loyally see everything Sarah Michelle Gellar is in (including "Ringer" and "Southland Tales") should mark their calendars for a possible new series starring the Gellster. She’s been cast in a starring role across from Robin Williams in a pilot David E. Kelley is producing for CBS, called "Crazy Ones." The single-camera comedy about the advertising world would revolve around the father-daughter dynamic between Williams and Gellar. How they'll explain such a fine specimen (Gellar) coming from the loins of hilarious but not-known-for-his-looks Williams will be interesting. [Source]
