Scotty Lubkeman has been having a positive impact on the basketball team at Golden High School in Golden, Colo., since he was small, but now the teenager with Down syndrome has a big moment to treasure. And when coach John Anderson inserted him into the lineup for the final four seconds of a game against D'Evelyn, you could almost see it coming: clock ticking down, Scotty stepping back smartly behind the 3-point line and banking in a shot off the glass.
