Seacrest, Biebs, puppies team up for 'Ultimate Viral Video'

It appears that Justin Bieber has this Internet thing figured out. So it makes sense to tap the Biebs -- who has more than 21 million followers on Twitter and 42 million "Likes" on Facebook -- for advice when hoping to create the "Ultimate Viral Video." That's just what Ryan Seacrest did, asking Bieber to help create the "most viral video EVER" to celebrate Seacrest's YouTube channel passing 100 million total views. In a two-minute clip where the pair brainstorm ideas, Biebs lays out the requirements for a successful viral video: puppies, babies, a quirky dance, a cover of a famous song ... and Justin Bieber.
